There is continuity. The Rt. Rev. Robinson's invocation was excluded from the televised portion of the Lincoln Memorial Show. HBO said that the President's Inaugural Committee had always included it only in the pre-show. We, of course, wouldn't want anything to conflict with Rick Warren's message.
